AVLS .002 Maverick Energy Group, Ltd.(MKGP) is ACTIVE with the Nevada Secretary of State and Advanced Lighting Solutions, Inc.(AVLS) was REINSTATED on 08/23/2012 listing the same officers with the Wyoming Secretary of State. There appears to definitely be a current connection between the two companies.

Could see an update very soon.
