I have to admit, I've been around a few indicted CEO's in my day, not personally, but through these pos pinks for sure.
It's all the same story, the bad guy is gone now so it's business as usual. The sad part is that is usually not the case. The rally today was nice for them but reality will set in eventually. The forensic accountants are now sniffing around MJNA.

I know exactly what you are getting at but this board is to talk about companies, not other posters. I totally agree though.
Maybe it is a good thing that the CEO got indicted for 23 counts of mail and wire fraud, it seems far fetched, but hey, what do I know.... It's going to be a dollar soon anyway and we'll forget this little scam artist thingy...... geesh
That's why I reached out to this board for help. Maybe now that the SEC has taken some of their workload from them, they could take a little peek at MJNA.... wink wink.
Until then I'll keep digging on my own. It sucks doing DD on a company you have no desire to buy and can't short. Especially when information is so limited..... The guy they named interim CEO is in real estate too.... sigh
