Ok, so 5 others have this boardmarked. I really would love to hear your impression of the recent 8k. ALL of the assets of the company tied up and mortgaged for the 300k loan...Due Oct. 12, 2012 I believe. How will they pay that back,in such a short time? Almost 7 million in warrants at .02. I understand that. April 30th filing shows 137k cash and 142k in prepaid and other current assets. Almost 800k in liabilities, but assume stock has been given to some and cash to some. We seem to have accumulation here at .02. but that also means someone is selling here at .02. Hmmm.
