I have an important research exercise that will teach you something. Why don't you back test your idea and see what kind of results would have happened if you invested in stocks where a "valuation" was done.

It would likely take less than an hour to do a years worth. All you need is to compare a chart of the stock from initial "valuation" to now.
This is something that all folks new to the penny market need to do. It is wise to do with paid promoters "works" as well. It is hard irrefutable data which tells an important story
