John Babikian and Robert Kalfayan back together again?

We know that Eric Van Nguyen, Jay Fung, and AJ Thompson were part of the Titan/PennyPic crew. Word is that somebody named John (awesomepennystocks) bought out Eric, Jay, and AJ and combined all those sites into one big family. Later John or somebody bought out Tuyen Tran's sites further expanding the AwesomePennyStock family of websites. Is John's last name Babikian?

Apparently the way APS worked was that there were several sub-groups working under the big dogs helping to promote the stocks and sharing in the profits.

I also came across some interesting filings for a publicly traded shell called Energy Telecom Inc (ENRG) that links several past APS insiders together

The original CFO for ENRG was Ronny Halperin

Ronny Halperin was named in SEC litigation along with Jay Fung, AJ Thompson, and APS backer Kevin Sepe in May of 2012:

John Babikian, 10332 Rue Paul Comtois 1004, Montreal, Quebec turns up in the 10K filed on 3/16/12 as a beneficial owner of 11.35% of ENRG stock

Robert Kalfayan, 4562 Dutrisac Laval, Quebec Canada shows up in the 10K filed on 3/16/12 as a beneficial owner of 5.47% of ENRG stock

The shares were apparently purchased through private placement offerings in the months leading up to the 10K report.


Despite all of the press releases and agreements in the filings, ENRG only had $950 in total sales for 2011 and only $13,719 in sales so far in 2012, but none since March 31, 2012.

Thomas M Rickards has run Energy Telecom Inc since it was first incorporated in Florida in 1993.



ENRG was actually briefly promoted by one of the APS domains (pennystocks123) back on May 14, 2012

But the pick was apparently changed to GWBU at the last moment.

The "fake out" was enough to cause a nice spike in the share price jumping from $.70/share to a high of $2.40/share before crashing back down
