Mike Roth is also CEO of GRBG which put out a PR yesterday about an LOI for a potential merger.

GRBG is a notoriously garbage stock. The last merger with Team Energy was unwound, its corporation is in default status, it no longer has a website, it is non DTC-eligible, has gone dark in reporting and has a Caveat Emptor rating from OTC Markets which also has a warning that they have been unable to contact the company.
