PRs like this are for the masses, I agree.
Sales is the most critical part of almost any business, and in partnering with Materion we have a perfect fit.
From the hiring stand point, they are already employees of Materion so none of the recruitng, selecting, etc.
From the training stand point, it wouldn't seem like there would need to be very much at all as the reps are fluent in the talk tracks of their field. A meeting about selecting the right applications to UPGRADE to Liquidmetal alloys will be all it takes and that's an hour long meeting.
From the "finding" of customers, I'm sure they are reaching out to new customers to expand their base but with respect to selling Liquidmetal alloys it will be an easy UPGRADE to close the existing clients where the alloys are a fit.
Partnering with the sales team at Materion is an incredible developement, and a PERFECT fit to drive revenue.
