Good luck with that with Pink OTC. Since they are not a regulator but just a for-profit PR company, I highly doubt they would add that information - it would put a dent in their business. Just look at how many companies they label "current" that file obviously bogus financial statements. As long as the issuer's check clears, they are OK to Pink Sheets.
If there is going to be any movement on this issue, it will have to come from a real regulator - the SEC.
