GOIG is not registered with the SEC, so there are no actual filings to review. BS Pink Sheet filings don't count, as they have no regulatory authority whatsoever. Those filings are just for show and are meaningless. They should not be relied upon by anyone.
SAVW was reviewed by the SEC in 2010. It seems the SEC had quite a few issues with their disclosure, as there are quite a few SEC comment letters available on EDGAR. That should have been a red flag to anyone buying the stock. However, it is not unheard of for P&D's to be fully disclosed in the SEC filings and completely obvious to anyone that bothers to read the filings. I know of quite a few going on right now. Unfortunately, a lot of people don't bother to read the facts in the filings and don't recognize what they are buying in to. They are having their pockets picked right out in the open.
