I disagree. Are you familiar with what Asher does? Asher is a toxic financier. The PPS patterns here are EXACTLY in line with how Asher operates. Their terms for mature notes are that they can take a chunk of shares at a 45% discount of the worst 3 trades in the past 10 days. So you see big dumps that drive the PPS down once a week up to about every other day. Asher in turns gets their cheaper shares and dumps most on the highs, but saves some to repeat the pattern until they have exhausted all the shares for their notes.

On the ihub boards, go research any other company in which Asher is involved that has released a current 10k. Check how Asher converts it mature notes against the PPS for that past year. Especially check those companies who are doing well and have good news, but where posters complain of the PPS not rising as expected. You'll see exactly what I mean.

And I want AAPT to succeed and all of us to get rich just as much as anyone else. I'm just not going to put up blinders to what is happening right now.
