You're mostly right ....retail can short pennys with an overseas brokerage acct ...also MM's short shares between news cycles to make money ....do you really think a 4 million t -trade was retail ? Not talking about evil MM's and all that malarkey ...but its a fact of life that MM's short shares to pull profit
