It's all these dang computer programming savvy kids that worship the Gordon Gekko - Greed Is Good world. They really don't give a crap if they are screwing over people. It's all a big fat game to them.
Too dang easy to set up websites, put out press releases, and send out newsletters, post fake emails from CEO's, etc.. and until the SEC makes a few examples out of these clowns the games continue. tsk tsk
