CSGH: Filed 2011s 10-K on 8/28/11.

The 2012 10-K is due in days if last year is the barometer.

Also, the CFO left a few months ago and no 8-K was posted on his replacement. That has not helped.

My small bet, based on nothing more than the fact that CSGH has always filed in the past, is that they will file the 10-K at any time now and that will send the stock higher.

IF they file the 10-K it will almost certainly contain some nice numbers

CSGH, on paper, looks damn good in the Li-ion battery sector.

NOTE: I have NO information. Just speculation............:)
