TJ Management (Toxic Financier) SEC litigation.
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2012/comp22452.pdf
Over $7.7 million in profits through the illegal sales of unregistered stock in the following tickers:
BEHL
HTDS
MVBY
LCRE
LDSR
VIPR
KKUR
ATIG
SKGO
RMDM
The biggest haul came from Hard To Treat Disease (HTDS) with over $1.5 in profits.
TJ Management (Yossef Kahlon aka Jossef Kahlon) also provided toxic debt financing for several other penny stocks not listed in the litigation.
There are plenty of other toxic debt financiers out there that I am sure are guilty of the same thing. Hopefully they will show up in SEC litigation in the future.
