I'm not certain if this was discussed before but upon searching for "Testosterone Gel" and "Teva" I came up with this pdf from the FDA. http://www.fda.gov/downloads/Drugs/DrugSafety/UCM294248.pdf

Note the bottom of the page, Manufactured in India by Cipla ltd. http://www.cipla.com/index.htm

I searched Cipla's site but I could not find anything relative to Testosterone Gel.
