oh i agree,he wants to keep the qualified work force intact and not loose them to another company or them moving away,so he wanted to keep them then put them in their regular capacity til work picks up...seems like it wont be a whole heck of a lot longer,butte really wants this to happen and need it as well,jim likes it as well this is a win win for all involved
