VLNX MUST READ, KEY CONSIDERATIONS & POTENTIAL RUMORS!!!
1)ARC MASTER UNITS WILL LIKELY BE MANUFACTURED IN BRAZIL (read news) therefore potential subsidies and cheap financing could be easily obtained or some interest in japanese venture by chinese investors who have tied relationships both with JAPAN as well as BRAZIL, imho!
2)KEY SENIOR ADVISORY BOARD NOMINEES WITH HUGE BACKGROUND, MR FIORELLO & MR MCCLANE...read their biographies
3)NEXT WEEK WE'LL LIKELY RECEIVE IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT FINANCING, MANUFACTURING, LEASING,PARTNERSHIP(S) that expectations should bring pps higher and higher
buyer beware due your own due diligence!!! don't forget!!!
VLNX 0.04 absurd low pps imho -86% friday for technical reasons, APS (perhaps or not) didn't manage in the best way assigned paid promotion and pps skyrocketed before they were able to launch key alert before market open on thursday for paid services subscribers (149$)...or if this was not the real case (we'll see on monday before market open)the better for us,because VLNX will be traded for what it is (not a potential pos scam involved with diabolic APS as many said) but a real high growth pick,a microcap with real state of art technology and huge signifative contracts...
due your dd, don't invest on third parts assumptions, high risk here!!!
easy 0.10 imho at least on monday here's why...one of cheapest stock of the world if contracts confirmed (11.6mln $ for 2 units) and integrated (other potentially 23 units sold for a total of 25!!!), don't be sucked by fridays collapse and APS involvement or less, right pick speculation or not), that doesn't matter, next week (20-24august company expected to release some updates, via APS or not)...APS pick's leak seems like Knight's glitch, a casual error, APS eases thursday euphory sending down shares on friday but the absence of historic supports worsened the selloff and friday effect exarcebated their plan to reload cheap shares (APS or other interested shareholders or investors that doesn't matter when real value is present, assuming reality of PRs and numbers) and launch the pick this time at the right time for monday preopen to all subscribers avoiding potential damages and legal issues for moneyback claims...otherwise even if VLNX shouldn'be the APS pick it doesnt'matter, because if APS showed to be a scam service,a dilution machine aid for insiders, this wouldn't be the case, infact insiders own 275 mln shares restricted and only 100 mln are free floating, while short positions equal to 145 mln or 150% of available float(! assuming daily volumes normalized less than 30 mln shares the short squeeze should last 5-7 days) if some one wants to liquidate, but most of all entered friday in the stock locked the shares and will'not likely ready to sell them below 0.15 or 0.20 especially if they were buying stock thursday at .30-.40 to pushing down averaged pps. They will hold tight the shares and liquidate only after 2-3 consecutive days rally or massive short squeeze ending (assuming incredible buying pressure thursday could be the peak of pps assuming not 30 but 60mln shares traded), therefore not before next friday imho. In other words, keep in mind free float maybe doesn't exist anymore, infact float was exchanged 4times between thursday and friday and locked in at 0.04-.06 after incredible rally.
Other key consideration...as of june 30 2012, there were only 400 shareholders of record, therefore excluding the main owner, SHILO owning 212 mln shares or 56% os, others (399) owned only an averaged 408k shares of os!!!
Assuming no dilution and no restricted shares selling off, SHILO still owning 212mln shares, entire shareholders base changed, and now most of new comers own 1mln shares or 3 mln shares, bought at superlow prices, therefore now we have much less than 40 shareholders with a median holding well over 400k shares and unlikely willing to sell off at ridicolous pps.
Monday we'll likely assist at low volumes (relatively speaking, I'm expecting 30-40 mln not more and most of all shorts covering if available shares on the ask) just because of previous considerations and we'll likely see a huge gap up open and an upside trend for at least 2-3 consecutive days, imho with large bid-ask spread and difficulty to get filled bid positions if not partially.
Entire shareholders base changed hands, now we have much less shareholders (200-250?) and most of all load up shares below 0.06, why sell below? Sorry for those shorting stock or those not eneterd friday below 0.05!!!
if it's either a Aps pick or not that doesn't matter because a market valuation is based only on revenues growth and net income, promotion or not company is for real based on 10Q.
Company doesn't own cash, but also debt too!
The marginality of 145mln $ in revs at regimen (if all 25 units ordered and sold) should be in the order of 25% at least, therefore 36.5mln $ with a net income of at least 15-20mln $ assuming they need to repay leasing and interests other than salaries and manufacturing, tax payment,a market cap of 130 mln $ (pps equals 0.05$) is fully justified applying a miserable p/e of 7x and a p/s of 0.9x!!!!!!!!!!!!!
11.6mln $ contract is a 11.6mln $ contract! based on 375mln $ market cap at .35 would be only 132mln $ with a sure profitability (based on 25 total units sold to japanese entity for fukushima clean up) it was a good entry point imho, company achieved huge contracts and other may be achieved for a total worth well over 130mln $!!!!!!!!!!!!! market cap less than 15mln $ here now (therefore market excluding new potential order for left 23 units), here the numbers from quarterly report, no debt, no huge cash burning, no dilution, 275 mln restricted shares equal to 73% of os , mm fixed pps at 0.04 friday now time to bounce, main shareholder owns 56% os
NO PROMOTION, JUST FACTS, PLS
VLNX REAL FACTS ONLY STOP TO LIES, WATCH THE NUMBERS PLS...
ACCORDING TO 10Q RELEASED LAST WEEK...
www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=VLNX&id=87718
AS 500mln
OS 375mln
Float 100mln
restricted shares 275mln (issued for acquisition)
shareholders of record more than 400 as of june 30
no one share issued from march to june 2012!!!!! number is the same, read, and most of all are restricted!!!!!!
cash 0$ but also revs 0$ but not including recent contracts in Fukushima, therefore next quarterly report should post revs and cash more than "0"$, company is not a shell
"0" debts
negative 2012 cash flow used for activies only 92k $ therefore no need to dilute; no cash flow from financing activities, no debt no shares issuance no dilution!!!
due to recent contracts signed for fukushima company will pocket at least 11.8mln $ for 2 units sold, but potential is for other 23 deliveries therefore 123mln $ in revenues with high marginality, market cap only 15mln $ but profits could be well north of that figure
main shareholder, shilo, owns 56% of os or 212mln shares, a key point here... read at page n°17..."no investment bank" "no promotion"
no off balance sheets that could realize negative effects in the near term for company

..........RENO, NV--(Marketwire -08/16/12)- Vision Plasma Systems, Inc. (VLNX) announced today that an agreement from Cell Runner Inc. of Japan has been signed for the purchase of two (2) Arc Master I Units. These initial units will be used to remediate over 5,000 hazmat suits used daily by cleanup crews working in the Fukushima Nuclear Facility, at a cost of $5.8 Million USD per unit. Pending review of this initial performance of the ArcMaster I units' remediation capabilities, Vision Plasma Systems feels optimistic that "...the company could see as many as an initial 23 more units on current Cell Runner proposals," stated CEO Timothy P. Volk.
Unlike any other technology available, the Arc Master I mobile unit has the ability to be deployed on site to safely dispose of the rubberized contaminated overalls, eliminating the need for costly transportation and the risk of any hazardous radiation exposure to the environment. The contaminated hazmat suits used by the workers in and around the disaster area have been stockpiled for over a year, unable to be incinerated or disposed of by any traditional process.
"Japanese officials have acknowledged that the Arc Master I technology is the only feasible option for the safe handling and remediation of what has become a major environment cleanup operation," stated Timothy P. Volk, CEO of Vision Plasma Systems, Inc. "Their nation is looking to them for an answer, and they are eager be the first ones to receive our units."
Japanese officials, negotiating through their intermediary, Cell Runner of Japan, have requested enough units to not only handle the daily flow of 5,000 suits a day, but also enough to get rid of the backlog of contaminated suits, currently isolated in a warehouse.
Cell Runner of Japan is an intermediary technology provider to many commercial businesses and government agencies. Vision Plasma Systems has provided technical support and advice on how to remediate the massive tsunami debris as well as how the Arc Master I can reduce the affected volumes of radiated debris from the Fukushima reactor site, as the radiated debris would be vitrified for removal so that long term containment can be accomplished.
The environmental cleanup effort is the largest in modern history, and the mobility of the Arc Master I to set up in various locations, will be key to a more environmentally proper remediation of all the debris types including accumulated ash from improper incineration. Additionally the Arc Master I's ability to produce excess electrical energy in these distributed areas will be an invaluable resource as well. The cleanup in Japan is expected to take two or more decades and for Vision Plasma Systems, as the total cleanup effort is expected to exceed $90 Billion in costs over the next 20 years.
The Arc Master I mobile unit, the first of its kind, was designed to deploy a clean and green remediation solution to various worldwide corporations, military, government, and municipal customers. The unit is capable of converting up to 5 tons per day of hazardous wastes and other matter into syngas, net electricity, and recyclable metal ingot, without any air emissions or ash from the gasification process. Built inside two (2) ISO 40' metal containers, The Arc Master I can be easily transported by truck, rail, ship, or plane worldwide to provide a fast and mobile solution to the remediation of all forms of waste. The Arc Master I mobile unit is entirely self-powering, creating its own energy from the waste that it processes, and creating up to 240KW of usable electricity at the site.
Plasma Arc Gasification has been in operation since the 1970s, with numerous large scale fixed facilities operating worldwide. Plasma Arc Gasification is the safest and most effective way to eliminate all wastes, both hazardous and common municipal, and carries the added benefits of self-powering through the use of its own syngas, recovery of refined metals, and silica-based slag which can be used in ancillary building products. The plasma gasification process occurs in an oxygen starved reactor which creates zero emissions unlike that of incineration and pyrolysis operations which create harmful furans and dioxins. Plasma gasification has no flue and does not create an ash. Common incinerator ash is considered toxic and requires secondary containment and transportation is federally restricted.
