Then the bankruptcy is finally discharged, the creditors and shareholders get zeroed out officialy, and soon thereafter the SEC steps in and revokes Spongetech's securities, at which point the stock officially goes from the nosebleed price of $0.0001 (or some other non-zero value on the Frankfurt exchange) to $0.0000 per share which is where it has belonged for years.
