The concrete and steel might even act as a multiplier in regards to the valuation of this projected $45 million dollar plant for GESI.
Example: If I build a house for $100k, is that property worth $100K? Most likely not. Most likely it will be worth much more based on many other factors (market, demand, location, etc).
