Right there with you. I would suggest you go back and read the case files from the Coldicutt's and Burnett Grey from the 1990's, but it would just lead to more frustration.
Today's action doesn't surprise me one bit, as I knew they were in the shell funding game. The SEC release references their actions from 2006-2011, but if I remember correctly, they were involved in this area from the mid-1990's on.
