OMG the cement plants want the extension, the EPA said ok you presented ernough data showing you need more time, we'll open to proposals to extend it until 2015. Everyone wants it extended, no branier it gets extended. You guys are pumping a stock on deadline that is about to get extended 2 years.....shit happens.
