TAT - JV partnership decisions made in September --
that we looked at where we’re looking for one or more partners to help us fund and accelerate development and exploration of about 2.2 million drill site in [inaudible] Turkey. There are several groups in the due diligence process. Activity in August has been limited due vacations by the decision makers in the company that will move to pull trigger to invest. So we expect to get some decisions made in September and as we had earlier said close this transaction before year–end
