No those weasel clauses are in most all contracts and filings.. "Subject To", clauses are for the lack of performance.. Sloane owns a big pile or controlling interest, historical share holders have a nice pile as well. Western Diversified and NMGL are key.. Going to be a fun couple days.. smile I think management is going to do the right thing (no write, lol) in the end.. Sweet!
