Sure. So are you going to take legal action against those who filed them? They're not even in the U. S., you know. Go ahead and sue them. The S. E. C. couldn't care less, as they've warned everyone about Pink Sheet scams and there was nothing in the filings other than information that could mislead those who wished to be misled.
