I am getting questions over a mailing regarding CPRK, I have not received mine yet so I dont know exactly what it says, but I think it is just a notice of a hearing on the POR. You guys dont need to do anything at this point unless you want to object to the plan in which case the only other option is Ch 7 and being completely wiped out. The ESHC APPROVES of the proposed plan.
