Hint: admin doesn't read every post on every board and only responds when someone points them to a problem. If a mod hasn't TOS'd a post you think should have been (you did TOS it didn't you?), then the proper way to deal with it is to PM an admin. If no one has submitted a TOS then there is no issue unless one of the board mods sees one.
