Just to clarify Junkhustler's comment, Lichenstein is like a country of it's own but it's entirety is still connected very closely with Germany and the rest of Europe and all financial transactions that come through Europe form International destinations are first approved in Lichtnestein before clearing in Germany or in any other part of Europe. In a sense Lichtenstein is a part of Germany but yet "independent". You must undersand the political ramifications entireley but unless you are of European descent it would be difficult to understand the real "Lictenstein" and what it really is meant to signify as a country.
