Class-action lawsuit needed just like CTIC

Yesterday, someone bought 100 shares for 0.0001 and brought down the stock price to 0.0001 then later to 0.0002.
That means with $ 0.01 purchase the stock price went down by 99.9%.
This is a definite scam.
We, the shareholders, demand an answer from this company and do not tell us look at web site because there is nothing there.
If the company does not answer our questions and not stop this scam on Grey market, we will have someone look into this fraudulent activity.

I am asking all the investors here to be alert to this scam.

There is a company that sued CTIC to collect damages for shareholders. Please write your thoughts here to see what others think about this fraud. How can 1 cent worth of stocks of URGP brings down the price by 99.9% within seconds.
Buying 1 cent worth of stocks is nothing but manipulation and SEC will not accept that.

I know in the past I believed in this stock and the science behind the medication that was in clinical study and the company was in dialogue with FDA. but now, we hear nothing about that and they basically vanished even from petty pink sheets and they do their scam on Grey market.

Now, I have another opinion of this after seeing that 1 cent purchase.
