Trip we all knew we were waiting for a firm offering price, all we had to go on before was an "assumed" offering price listed in the offering filing, better than nothing but not very good. The 24M shares of shorts had to cover at some point and in my humble opinion this should be the triggering event a firm offering price and an ADCOM
