People, not MM's, make the stock go up or down. Look at the trading on July 23, 24 and even on the 25th. Look at the volume and prices... almost 10 million shares below 0.02 and some at subpenny prices. Another 4 million 0.02-0.04 on the 25th... IMO, those are the one who knew something like this was coming and are probably (some of them) the ones that knocked down to where it's now.
