As we have just saw from the trimcare deal. They are starting to doll out the Class A shares that are convertible to 30 class B shares. Weren't those shares supposed to be used for the dividend and now they are dolling them out. Notice how in the 8k they just say 5 million shares, upon further reading the actual lawsuit. It turned out to be the Class A's making what they gave Dr. Ivan equivalent to 150 million class B shares worth 7.5 million dollars.
