That is the big misconception here....Since the price is near death everyone assumes that their are billions of shares out there. Right now....no. Someday maybe and yes. Our float was only 150 million as of last Q, and with raising around 250k that has probably increased to 400 million or so (if the shares weren't rescricted). Yes the A/S raised to 1.5 billion, but still you have to ask yourself....Does this stock have the capabilities to rise fast if the dilution shuts off and positive news is out there? I've seen companies with a billion plus float at .005...and this is .0002..Really? A good trade in my book.
