KMAGNUM: 2012 Bullseye...

--> No RS history:

http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/KMAG/company-info

Most current Security Details:

--> No change to the OS: 609,420,100 going on a year;

--> 25% decrease in AS from 1,000,000,000 to 750,000,000;

--> Float is 555,240,407. Increase in float by only 12 million, even with the pps going from .0003 to .025, 8,000%+ gains in Q1 2012. Factoring in the about 3 billion total in trading volume from the July 31st, 2011 filing and the April 30th, 2012 and last filing this is amazing for a super-subpenny to NOT dump at least a couple hundred million into this kind of rare penny run (please see Page 2 of each document to see above details...):

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=77097096

...then during this buyback, the pps went down and floundered around the .004 area for 10 weeks, then the first three days after the buyback was over the pps jumps over 100%.......hmmmmmm lol.

--> One USA retailer not yet announced is using only one of KMAG's products, and its a contract worth over $4 million:

LEGAL PROCEEDINGS:

There are no current, past, pending or threatened legal proceedings. Please see Page 6:

http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=84177

DEBT:

The company HAS NO BANK INDEBTEDNESS, AND CASH IS RECEIVED FROM THE COLLECTION OF RECEIVABLES which average 60 day cycles (wow what a novel idea for a Pink stock lol). Management also believes it will generate sufficient cash from its operating activities (...wait isnt this usually where the 'Going Concern' paragraph(s) are in one of these Penny Stock filings...lol?) Please see again Page 6:

Finally - KMAG sells needed products in the rapidly growing RFID sector, which can be used in many different markets and in many differnt uses - right now KMAG is being used as anti-theft tags in higher-end retail and for shipping and receiving with plans to bring this into the retailer front of house/checkout world too.

Think of the ubiquitous barcode - well it's like the barcode 2.0, so the opportunities for growth and new products for KMAG to develop in the coming years is virtually limitless. One example: you know how every product has to be scanned and all that labor and waiting in line at Retailer X? Well with RFID your entire say cart can instantly be added up via RFID and Wifi:

RFID is the future in many ways...here is the new CEO of J.C. Penney annoucing that he is moving to 100% RFID tags...please take time to read where he comes from and what he says about the future for FRID in everyday retail...here is a snippet:

"You go to most retail stores, all you see is people doing work to execute the retail strategy. It's stocking shelves and transacting business," Johnson told Reingold. "That's going to all change, because of how we use Wi-Fi, RFID, mobile checkout. You'll be able to check out anywhere, anytime, from anyone, including yourself, because we're going to roll out self-checkout to our stores next year—and it's really cool and it's really easy, because it's RFID-based. You don't have to scan an item. You just throw it down, and there's the price."
