Sold to whom??? with no bid??? they can only dilute so much before there are no buyers, supply far exceeding demand.
A R/S also reduces shareholder holdings. Typical Penny stock lifecycle: dilute, R/S, increase A/S, repeat. There is always the exception to the rule (have a look at EPGLD, was no bid for over a year, then 10:1 R/S, and now up 400-500% from there). Lets hope LKEN works out in a similar fashion.
