Did you get a chance to read the response letter from the asst. attorney general, Jeff Fugate, on that issue? Hennis and Inform are TOAST!!! Page 13 last paragraph... " Althought the points in your letters may in fact be accurate, the administative....."

IE. Yes what you said is true but it can't be dismissed at the DRMS level. It can only be noted from the hearing officer to the CLMRB and then they will swat them down like the pesky little flys they are! LOL
