suspect some don't know what to make of all the chatter lately. personally, i go to Folger for my information and I will continue to add. I have also done some DD by asking others in the Tampa area who are in the low/very low income houseing industry and they have confirmed my findings. If Folger or any of the other ACYD managers have lied to me, I'll deal with that on my own. I'm not looking for guidance on this board, certainly entertaining to read the thoughts of others though. good luck to you.
