According to this excerpt from the letter to BMA, MacLeod was given stock in GOSY. Wonder how successful Wallace was in getting the legends lifted?

This letter is in response to Mr. Wallace’s letter dated August 8, 2008 (copy enclosed). As stated in the letter, George MacLeod has retained Mr. Wallace to represent him regarding the legend removal of Mr. MacLeod’s stock certificates. He has requested for us to send your office the reason for not approving the removal of the legends on Mr. MacLeod’s certificates. We are complying with his attorney's request in this letter.
