I think he's referring to the LARGER THAN LIFE note seller, Constellation Consulting. We all feel like those 400M+ notes have already been sold.
Now these others that are on schedule are nothing in comparison. The first one isn't due to be converted till mid September. Even at .0005, that's only 56M shares. Big deal. A lot of us shareholders have close to that just in our portfolio.
