I recently had the opportunity to tour J.E.I., a company located in Cameron Park that has been manufacturing communications recording systems, voice logging recorders, and custom audio equipment for public safety and military intelligence applications for more than 40 years. I got to check out the MagShoe, an innovative “shoes-on” weapons metal detection system that instantly and accurately detects metal items concealed in footwear or on the ankles and feet. It’s exciting that this safety and security technology is being developed right here in the Sacramento area. Keep up the good work!
