Lol, the puns abound on this on, nywest329! Yes, there has been a lot of talk of late re Vivus (VVUS) not having its patents tight/squared away. And JJ is cited as a patent holder. It'd be a neat fit, efficient expenditure of effort for JJ if it also owned ARNA- make the fight worthwhile.
Any event, big pharmas have to be circling, already.
I'm loaded to the gills- and waiting for rev's in calender one works just as well pour moi!
