What is the OS
What is the Warrant count
Lastly what is the Float.
I have a record of share structure changes and had hoped to update it with the information.
The TA releases the OS, Restricted, Warrant and Reserved count.
One piece by itself tends to be very misleading to the actual structure. That is why I always update the structure as a whole.
I also find the number you posted as odd. Don't freak out I am not saying your are lying about the TA update but rather that number is very different from the SEC filing today. Its odd for such a huge difference in just 12 days.
It will be interesting to see which part of the 170m+ dilution potentially fell through.

That is a difference of about 107m. Am I the only one that finds that a little too big a difference to shrug off?
On the plus not it puts the dilution more in line with other quarters, about 70m.
My opinion is the 133m share issue for debt reduction fell through. Not a good thing considering the amount of debt it would have removed($333,750). Add to that the debt, I believe, was carrying interest of 100-500 per day. That is substantial and an average of 9k-45k a quarter in interest alone.
Of course the share issuance might not be fully consummated and processed through the TA yet. I do hope that is the case. Debt kills startups.
The Q2 could get very very interesting.
