Frankly, I don't think they expect approval in Europe. From what I have seen VVUS management seems to focus a lot on short-term pps appreciation. Look at the way they were all over the media when qsymia was approved by the FDA. I haven't looked, but perhaps all they were interested in was a pps pop when they filed in Europe.
