Dr. Edward W. Savarese He been the founder of two Public Companies. He is currently Chairman and CEO of Com-Guard, Inc. Previously, he held the positions of Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Imaging Technologies Corporation (formerly Personal Computer Products, Inc.) from 1982 to 1998. From 1981 to 1982, he was director of sales for SofTech Microsystems. His responsibilities included establishing and supervising an international sales organization for marketing a microcomputer operating system. From 1978 to 1981, Dr. Savarese was employed by Hewlett Packard Company, first as a sales representative for computer products, and later as district sales manager supervising a sales force in the marketing of mini- and microcomputers. Dr. Savarese holds a Doctoral degree from Columbia University, Teacher's College, with specialization in technology and software and systems design. He also holds a Master of Science in Administration and Management from Pace University. Dr. Savarese has been involved in the design, development and sales licenses for over 50 different products in the Micro-Computer industry. His clients included many of the worlds largest technology companies including Apple computer, Xerox corporation, Ricoh corporation and many other US and International Companies.
Mr. Howard M. McEldowney , whose lifelong career in the investment management arena which started at Chemical Bank in New York City has brought his understanding of all areas of public companies to the board of ADHC. Mr. McEldowney, who was a founding partner of Harris, Bretall & McEldowney, a San Francisco based institutional money management firm was also for 20 years Chairman of Franklin Management Inc. the money management division of Franklin Templeton, the San Mateo, CA based NYSE listed mutual fund and money management firm. Mr. McEldowney currently manages institutional and individual money on a private basis.
Joe Sigismonti has been actively involved in the development, marketing, and sales of computer systems and related products for over 40 years. As an electronics engineer, sales representative, line manager, and corporate executive, he has a proven track record in such well-known companies as McDonnell Douglas, Hewlett Packard, Scientific Atlanta, and Perkin Elmer. Mr. Sigismonti has developed and directed large, high technology marketing and sales forces worldwide. He has held the following executive positions: President and Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Sales and Marketing; Vice President of Worldwide Sales; and Executive Vice President of Operations in several companies serving various high-technology markets. Mr. Sigismonti received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
