Also means no ARM 64-bit at 20nm except for bespoke implementations like AMCC's and maybe Nvidia's. This FinFET is supposed to be at 16nm and I suppose if 28nm is only ramping now you can add at least 4-5 years from now for any meaningful ramp. Will be competing with Intel's 10nm at least if not 7nm.
