BBRD Is fully valued @ $0.025 based upon the information that the company has provided because as provided it is nothing more than a lottery ticket..
Upon the release of concrete information that the casino property is actually thier property and that is verifiable I think BBRD should trade around $0.05.. (A contract to purchase by an an American Company in Mexico is wortless unless there is a transfer of possesion..) To inforce requires local legal attention to the contract and that is quite difficult to obtain for an outsider.. The Legal system in Mexico is rigged in favor of Mexicans and not outsiders and to even find a lawyer willing to take the case might prove difficult....
Once they have possesion and have the required funds to transform the property into a casino,, documentation of the approval of state and local authorities is needed to become a casino.. If this is done IMO $0.10 is quite possible and a 3 to 5 bagger from there would/should/could become rapidly once conformation of slots actually being delivered to the site along with an opening day announcment..
That is the exit point because while this may be a great story that could have legs,, the potential in the stock price thru hype far exceeds the reality of starting a profitable casino in Mexico..
To be fair I have read many page sources on BBRD and as of yet I have found no indication that suggests that the information provided by the company is not true but because there are no actual purchase and possesion documents provided it is still questional that they will be able to pull this off..
An indication/intention to do business across borders is at best a long and costly process that sometime even requires bribes and is not a slam-dunk deal.. PR's/information from BBRD seem to not fully make investors aware of this one important fact..
Walmart has been recently been charged with offering and paying bribes to do business in Mexico.. Gaming is a source of funds that the Mexico's Underworld may not want diverted to a casino W/O becoming BBRD's partner in one form or another.. It could done easily by having thier people placed in management and being paid from a percentage of Revs or Profits.. hank
