I may have a little different take on the "going current" with filings piece. It is a vital(and smart) move for the company to obtain "current" status and to continue to maintain that status going forward.
I'm not so sure that alone will spur buying pressure. It will however help for any new eyes wanting in when the company releases pr's.
Perl seems to be a great company to invest in for potentially large growth for the company and the share price!
