Just got off the phone with schwab and he was not familiar with the term "chill". He did say that when they are up on all filings that all restrictions would be lifted. Schwab has no restrictions on PERL. I told him that TDA was the only broker I knew of (could be more) that has restrictions and he said he was not suprised...PERL
