Besides the CS docs, he is also in a detailed "shareholder confidence initiative" email that was posted - interesting doc to say the least.
It is possible that the 3M did not result as "work" but rather converted debt however I have never read any share agreement with his name on it.
As to disclosures, I've heard they are voluntary but may be wrong - I leave that up to ihub to sort out.
