I wasn't asking for instructions. My question dealt with the functionality of the ihub message board system.
Your suggestion is that to get around what is obviously a system problem, I am supposed to disable my entire ignore list if I want to block PMs from a single user yet still see the user's public messages.
My original question still remains unanswered.
Is this a feature or a bug?
If it is a feature, then the wording should be changed to be clear as to what the function actually performs when a user clicks on it.
