S&P lifts the long-term credit rating on Tata Motors (TTM) and gives the automaker a positive outlook with sales coming in strong from its Jaguar Land Rover unit. The agency says that it will boost its rating again if Tata can bring its debt-to-operating profit ratio down to 2.5 or better
